With this private tour, we’ll make you visit the most important churches in Rome. We’ll start with the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, one of Rome’s four ancient, Papal, major basilicas, second largest church in Rome after St. Peter’s, it was founded by the Roman Emperor Constantine I over the burial place of St. Paul.
We will continue with a visit to St. John in the Lateran Basilica, the cathedral church of Rome, and the official episcopal seat of the Bishop of Rome, the Roman Pontiff.
The next stop will be at The Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, it is one of the Seven Pilgrim Churches of Rome, together with The Basilica of Saint Mary Major’, a Papal major basilica and the largest Catholic Marian church in Rome, that will be our last visit.
Itinerary: St. Paolo Fuori le Mura, St. Giovanni in Laterano, Holy Steps, Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, Santa Maria Maggiore.
